1. Scope

This policy applies to paid subscriptions, credits and other digital services purchased for AISergi through Paddle or related payment providers.

Because AISergi is a digital service with immediate access to online functionality, editor tools, AI features and account resources, refund eligibility may be limited once service delivery has started.

2. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account area. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

If you cancel, your subscription remains available until the end of the already paid term unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

3. Standard refund rule

Unless mandatory consumer law requires a refund, payments for an already started billing period are generally non-refundable.

We do not usually refund partially used subscription periods, generated AI content, consumed credits, custom work already delivered, or services affected only by user configuration, inactivity or change of mind after access has been granted.

4. Cases we may review

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, were charged after a valid cancellation due to a billing error, or experienced a material technical issue that prevented access to the paid service and we could not reasonably resolve it.

We may also issue refunds where required by applicable law, consumer protection rules, or payment provider obligations.

5. How to request a refund

Send your request to Show email and include the account email, the purchase date, the amount charged, the Paddle receipt or transaction reference, and a short description of the issue.

To help us investigate quickly, please contact us as soon as possible after the charge appears.

6. Review and processing time

If a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method or via Paddle, subject to provider procedures and banking timelines.

Actual receipt times depend on your card issuer, bank and payment provider and may take several business days after approval.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first so we can review it promptly. Filing an unjustified chargeback after successful delivery of the service may result in account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
